Cupcakes

So I've been thinking about trying to open my own cupcake business, but I'm not sure the best way to do it.

I went into a gourmet cooking shop a couple days ago, and asked the people there if they knew of anyone in town who made fancy American cakes and cupcakes. They said they didn't really, but to look on the internet to see if anyone does. I looked and actually found a couple bakeries in town who do, so I think I might go and see if they are looking for any help. I've been thinking that it might be nice if I got some experience in the cake decorating and bakery business before I try anything on my own.

They also suggested that I talk to cafes/restaurants to see if they would want to have my cupcakes, cookies, etc. on their menu (instead of just appletart like they all do). So I'm thinking about that too.
