Cottage Pie
As an LSA I get to follow Brian around to all his classes, and learn things that I have long-forgotten and never once used (like all things chemistry . . .) but one useful class if Food Technology!
Thus, I memorized the cottage pie recipe and, voila! Cottage pie for Rene!
