So thanks to Rachel, I have figured out how to put slide shows of photos into my blog! I got in the photos from the grand prix (as you can see) and more slide shows are to come!! Yippee! Thanks Rachel!
Oh, and tonight I cooked shoarma for dinner! I bought the meat already sliced up and seasoned (it was on sale, so I thought I'd try it!) and then pita bread, and diced up some tomatoes and onions and lettuce, and made yummy french fries (friet, in dutch) in the oven! And you'll never believe it: this morning I asked Rene what kind of sauce he'd like me to get for the shoarma, and he said "knoflook saus" which translates to "garlic sauce!!" Yeah! I was thinking, um, am I still asleep or something? Did I hear that right? But garlic sauce he wanted, and garlic sauce he got, and garlic sauce he enjoyed tremendously this evening!
I don't understand him sometimes! But at least this is a step in the right direction!!
